I am a candidate for the 58th State Senate District seat being vacated by retiring Senator David Luechtefeld in 2016.

State Representative Mark Batinick earned a B.S. in business education from the University of Illinois in 1992. Foregoing a steady paycheck, Mark immediately chased the American dream and started his own business.


Terri Bryant was elected to the Illinois House of Representatives in November 2014, preceding the seat held by U.S. Congressman Mike Bost. Representative Bryant represents the 115th District which encompasses all or parts of the following counties:


Representative Margo McDermed was first sworn in on January 8th 2014 in the last days of the 98th General Assembly. Raised in LaGrange, IL, Margo eventually graduated from DePaul University College of Law with highest honors.

Neil Anderson, a Moline firefighter and paramedic, was sworn in to represent the 36th District in the Illinois Senate on January 14, 2015. The 36th District includes portions of Rock Island, Whiteside, Carroll, and Henry Counties.


Leslie Geissler Munger was sworn in as Illinois State Comptroller on January 12, 2015. Comptroller Munger is a native Illinoisan, earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois and her master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Brad Halbrook is a small business owner, farmer, and family man. From 2012 until 2015 he served as State Representative in the 110th District. He is now running in the 102nd District.
